Shipping policy
All packages are sent as insured packages with DHL, GLS or DHL Express.
You'll receive a tracking code from us with every order . This allows you to check the date and time your package will be delivered. You can usually use this information to specify a preferred delivery date or reschedule the previously scheduled delivery date.

** For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are not collected by us and must be paid separately.
When specifying the total delivery time, we calculate a delivery time of approximately 1-3 days via the parcel service. Within Germany, delivery takes place approximately 1-2 business days after dispatch. For regular parcels, we have no influence on the actual delivery time. For the "Express Parcel" shipping method, the guaranteed delivery time from the parcel service provider is 24 hours within Germany.
For deliveries to a Packstation, DHL Paket must be selected. The total delivery time (production + shipping) is displayed for each product on the product page. Delivery times are calculated based on the quantity of products selected in the shopping cart and displayed directly on the product page.
If you would like to pick up your products , you can do so at our location in Teltow (near Berlin) . Simply select "Pickup" as your shipping method when placing your order. Shipping costs will be clearly stated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.
The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. Within the EU, intra-community deliveries of goods are exempt from VAT for businesses. In this case, please provide your VAT identification number when ordering. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, country-specific customs charges may apply. This applies, for example, to deliveries to Switzerland. Please note that we have no influence on customs collection.
