Returns & Refunds Policy

1) Made-to-order / Print-on-Demand
Most items are made to order (print on demand). Because each product is produced specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size choice, or buyer’s remorse, unless required by applicable law.
2) Order changes & cancellations
We start production quickly after you place an order.
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us immediately. We can only cancel or change an order before production starts. Once production has started, changes/cancellations are no longer possible.
3) Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’ll make it right.
Report within 7 days of delivery.
Send: your order number, a short description, and clear photos (product + issue + packaging if relevant).
If confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a refund (our choice depending on the case).
In most cases, you won’t need to return the item.

4) Wrong item / missing items
Wrong item received: report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packing slip (if available).
Missing items: report within 7 days of delivery.
If confirmed, we’ll send the missing/correct item at no extra cost.
5) Returns (only if we approve them)
Do not send items back without contacting us first. If a return is approved:
We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct return address.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Important (if we route returns to our production partner):
Do not remove any manufacturer/ID tags if present. If tags are removed, the return may not be processable.

Note: Please do not contact our production partner directly unless we explicitly ask you to. Your contract of sale is with [OneFam], and we handle your case end-to-end.
6) Return shipping costs
If the return is due to our error (defect, damage, wrong item): we cover the cost.
For other approved returns (if any): the customer covers return shipping.
Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.
7) Refunds
Once your claim/return is approved:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: typically 5–10 business days (banks/payment providers may take longer).
